Mixed use Loan
Hello!
I am wondering if anyone can give me information about mixed use properties. Specifically, are there realtors who specialize in such properties? Ideally, I'd like a property where the downstairs can be a restaurant and upstairs can be a living space of some sort (loft maybe). Further, what is the best way to secure a mixed property loan? Any advice, tips, resources or links (other than google) would be greatly appreciated!
