Lender in Colorado & in Indiana?

I live in Colorado and I have 4 rental properties in Indiana(3 single family & 1 triplex). I own them outright under the one LLC. I bought them this year. Now I am looking for a cash out loan for the 4 properties. I estimated they are worth a little over $200k, and I would like to get a 75% LTV loan, so I'm looking for a $150k loan. Anyone know any lenders??

I have one lender but their rate is too high. All the other lenders I've called either say they want portfolio loans of $300k+ or the lenders in Indiana only want to lend to investors who live in Indiana.

@Raquel Olonde keep calling lenders in Indiana. Google banks in the zip code where the homes are and then call them all. No go, then expand your area to surrounding zip codes. Keep trying until you get success.
