PMI Calculation on BP's Rental Property Calculator
Hey BP, I'm doing some analyses on multi-family buildings that I'd like to finance through FHA as an owner-occupier. In the calculator, I don't see anyplace to reflect the PMI. Am I missing something? Or does someone have a quick hack how I can add it in? Thanks
