Pine Financial is good on the hard money side - Sean Blomquist works out of the Cities area.

Kim Burke at Leader One is great on the mortgage side. She works with Pine a lot too refinancing investors out of hard money after a rehab is complete (referred to on this site as the BRRR method - buy, rehab, refinance, repeat).

Conor Hesch at US Bank. One of few mortgage loan officers in the country that deals in the American Dream Loan from US Bank. Only 3% down, they offer $3000 in downpayment assistance as part of the loan package and also offer $5000 in rehab assistance. Only works for single family homes or duplexes. Does require owner-occupancy.

A small community bank I would recommend is Lakeview Bank in Lakeville.    Contact Julie at the bank.   They will do interest only loans with 12 month term for flips. They have loans where they will loan a portion of the renovation too.

They will also do long term mortgages as portfolio loans.
