Pine Financial is good on the hard money side - Sean Blomquist works out of the Cities area.  

Kim Burke at Leader One is great on the mortgage side. She works with Pine a lot too refinancing investors out of hard money after a rehab is complete (referred to on this site as the BRRR method - buy, rehab, refinance, repeat).

I sometimes see posts w contact info get deleted, so google them or message me if you need.  Hope that helps!
