Anyone doing FHA 203k in SoCal
I'm familiar with the 203k loan but have not met or spoken with someone who is actively closing these loans.
I'm a realtor who works in Orange County. There are a lot of properties that have the potential and need for this type of financing. I'd like to partner up with some brokers and/or loan officers out there that are familiar with this loan.
