I'm looking for a portfolio lender in Florida. Plan to begin purchasing investment properties in the Jacksonville area and would like to get financing squared away soon. I'm an experienced investor with very good DTI but am no longer FNMA qualified due to the number of financed properties I have. Please send me a message on here if you or anyone you know can help.
