Lenders Title Insurance in Chicago

Hello BP community, I am in contract for a condo purchase in Chicago and have a couple of questions regarding that

1. Any lenders title insurance which will cost me less than $1500

2. I also see a Title Settlement fee of $1000 which i have never seen in California. 

The application says i can shop for the above fees , so want to reach out to the BP community to see if i can negotiate the fees
