I am under contract to purchase my primary residence in Cleveland, Ohio. I am looking for a referral to a good mortgage broker. It will be a jumbo loan. I am interested in 30 year fixed or 10 year ARM. No points. No mortgage insurance. As little down payment as possible. I am not a veteran.
