Private Money Loan Agreement

I'm in the process of exploring Private Money options to purchase rental properties and have several people interested in loaning me money at reasonable rates and now I need to put an agreement in front of them.  I searched the BP website for example agreements and templates but could not find any.

Can anyone provide such a document or point me a direction to find one?
