Looking For Private Lender for Rapid Refi or HELOC
HI I am looking for a lender that will refi upto 70%LTV for a property that has be seasoned for less than 1 year. I am looking for a quicker option to cash out my original investment so I can quickly acquire another. At this time I only know of lenders that will do 70% after 12 month seasoning. Any thoughts?
