Construction and Building Loans
Hello All,
My team is working on a big project in Philadelphia right now where we are purchasing a lot and are building 40 condo units. I wanted to ask for help if anyone can recommend who to work with to get a loan for this including construction at a normal down payment. I know I constructed my building in New Jersey as an sba loan with 10 percent down. Looking to do the same here or lower if possible. If anyone can recommend a company for this that would be great.
