Has anyone here on BP used rehabfinancial.com as a resource for private/hard money lending? I currently own two properties . One single family and one two family . Looking to use private/hard money lending to flip my first house this year . I'm in the Western Massachusetts area. Any advice with this company or are there any local private/hard money lenders in the area? Thank you in advance.
