I am seeking ideas and or options for startup capital as an initial investment in my real estate company. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

If you don't have cash, you need something of value (being an agent, contractor, or something needed in the deal) then you might be able to find someone to partner with.  If you don't have anything of value to offer, you need to work, save up some money, and then start.
