Current Issues in Economics & Loan Rates

GDP, Jobs reports, Fed rates adjustments all influence the cost of money (aka long and short rates).  When the Fed announced the last rate adjustment, we all expected mortgage rates to follow.  However, the market is contrary to public opinion (at least right now;  recall info on the economy and money is very time sensitive).
