Construction Loan for Investment Property in Seattle WA

Hi all,

Curious to know if anyone has recently been approved for a construction loan for an investment property. I am hoping to buy a property to demo and rebuild into either an adult family home or rental.  Since this be a business entity that I will be building for, anyone know who in the state of Washington typically lends for such loans?

I can borrow some from Equity Line of Credit but it will not cover the entire construction cost. Thoughts/Ideas would be appreciated.
