anyone ever hear of MGM good/bad?...im in the process of working out a rehab/hard mony loan with them...i see they are based out of florida

I can't believe anyone uses this company. Saj is well known for taking people's money and a simple Google search will give you more than enough information on him and his business practices.
Not to mention a good rating the the BBB doesn't mean all the much.

          Your first post on BP, and it is in defense of a service provider who has been labeled as "stay away" by another post (from an established user).
          
          Profile on BP is incomplete as well, otherwise you would have been given that award at the least.
          
          Seems to lack any kind of credibility, and I'm sure other BP users will chime in to this effect as well.
          
          So Tim, did you actually COMPLETE any business transactions with this company, seeing that you said "the biz is legit"?  Speak from your own experience. please.

I've heard stories about a couple really po'd guys making a big stink about being turned down by MGM, but from what I can tell, as long as you read your contracts, the biz is legit.

Yes,

found their services several months back.  spoke to owner who could not give any referrences.  introduced a client prospect to them and we had a conference call.  all sounded good but had further info found online which suggested to stay away from this company.  not one person could reference anyone that successfully closed.  client decided not to move forward.

Wow I'm surprised that they are allowed to use those initials. I would think MGM studios would get PO'd.
