Hello is anyone familiar with quicken loans, I have a property I have an excepted offer on 100k, and my credit score acording to him is 680. He informed me with 25% down that I qualify for a loan with 4.25% interest. 32,000 out of pocket does this seem accurate? He says its because I have a low credit score as well as the fact its a 3 family home, should I be running to another lender?

If your pushing the envelope, I'd go with a local guy.
