Conventional financing for primary residence in Florida
Hello BP. Just wondering if I can get some help finding a lender in central Florida for my specific situation. My wife and I are self employed in the trucking industry. We are looking for a conventional loan for a primary residence in Longwood, Apopka or Altamonte Springs, Fl. Because we are on the road so much, and new to Florida, I haven't been able to make many connections in the area. We are looking for a company with a local representative that we can meet with face to face. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

James Johnson the mortgage broker I work with is based in Chicago so you will only talk to him on the phone and via email but I found that he was able to get me the lowest rates on my primary in Miami and got me an approval when other local banks were rejecting me. He also has a very robust online system where you can upload documents and track the progress of your loan. It makes the process faster and more streamlined.
