Has anyone used Philis Lender for financing?  I found their site from a mention on bigger pockets and the loan looks great.  I just do not see reviews or anything on them.  I hesitate to give out our financial info. SS# etc until I can verify. We have purchased many properties but so far always with a traditional bank or closer lender, I don't want to put in an application for a loan and find a bank account wiped out from Indonesia or somewhere.  

Anyone?
