Rental Financing

Can I get an idea of how much I can borrow against a SFR that is currently fully paid off. I rent and do not work, so my only income right now is unemployment insurance. However I have ample cash to cover my living expenses for many years. My fico should be very good, however I have not visited a lender yet to get detail on borrowing.

I am asking this question because my goal is to acquire additional rentals, using some leverage if possible.

Also, do I need to hold the property for a certain duration before I can pull equity out ?
thanks.
