First time meetin with a Commercial Lender
Hi Everyone,
So I am meeting with a commercial lender on Friday to talk about a portfolio loan on my 11 properties. I was going to create a packet for each property but didn't know what information a commercial lender would like to see in the packet. I know @Brandon Turner has mentioned on podcasts that he was giving to much information in the beginning to the lenders and then switched to giving them a packet. Thanks for all the help in advance.
