Disclosure on rental property

Hello Everyone, I recently applied for a mortgage on a property I intend to rent out for the first year and move into next fall. The property currently has a tenant with a lease that is expiring soon which I will renew with them. Is this information I need to disclose to the mortgage lender? If so how will this affect my current loan which was applied for as primary residence? Thank you!
