RP Funding

Has anyone used RP funding?  I'm supposed be closing on 6/13 with Wells Fargo on a conventional loan. Now their asking for an extension till the 24th.  The problem is I'll be renting to my daughter and family who are currently living in our spare room because the house they were living in sold yesterday.  RP Funding advertises an acceleration program that closes in 10 days. Has anyone had any experience with them?

It went well!  Our refi of our primary residence with Suntrust was s l o w.  Much faster with RP funding.  We'd use them again!
