Has anyone ever used Capital Three Sixty as a HML? If so how was your experience? They seem to be a reputable company, but nothing beats personal testimonies! Thanks in advance!

Joe,

So far so good.  I'm dealing with Jon Finman and he's been awesome to work with.  Extremely knowledgeable guy and understanding.  I have my second flip under contract and I decided to give Capital 360 a chance to finance this one.  We close Aug 22nd and so far we've done a ton of paperwork and we're at the appraisal stage.  I don't foresee any issues but I'll keep you posted.
