Anyone use Sierra pacific mortgage?

Question

Hi everyone, I am purchasing a house in Totowa NJ and having such a hard time with Wells Fargo with a ton of question  regard every penny in my account, the house I wanted to purchase is in contract and I am thinking about switching to another mortgage company, Sierra pacific mortgage

I asked all around but no one I know ever heard about this company that's why I come you forum seeking for your advice and opinion about this company if you work with them before.

I would like to give some update about the lender I found, Sierre Pacific, they did an excellent job for getting me the loan in 16 days without any hassle or headache what-so-ever, no extra documents require beside all the standard such as W2, paystubs, bank statement....any they don't question to every penny you have in your account. I feel so relieve and ready to go into closing my 2nd house in 2 years in Totowa NJ. If anyone needs a referral to loan officer, lawyer, real estate agent please inbox me, I am happy to help.

You should get with a broker who has multiple lenders to send your loan to.  The broker will be able to assess your loan and determine who would be the best fit based on that specific lender's underwriting criteria.   Believe it or not there can be a big difference from one lender to another.   Also, a broker will shop your loan for the best possible rate, different lenders price differently from day to day.
