Private Money Lender in Florida

Hello everyone. I am writing again about private money lenders. Does anybody know of a good source to use to search for private money lenders in Florida? Also, since I have never done a flip before how do I present myself since I have no literal experience, or credibility? Any information, advice, or anything will be very helpful. I am trying to get this jump started and I think this is the biggest thing holding me back this far.

Thanks in advance.

Private Mortgage Inc in Sarasota or Expanse Financial in Bradenton. I would give you the phone numbers but the website would have a hissy fit so guess you will have to dig them out for yourself.
