Portfolio Lenders in Houston, Texas
I am considering changing my banking relationship. I am just starting to invest in real estate and I've heard that as the number of properties I have grows, it is important to use a bank that offers portfolio lending in the markets where I will have rental houses. I live on the north side of Houston, but are likely to have most of my rental properties in out-of-state markets, such as Indiana, Tennessee, etc. Any recommendation of portfolio lenders in the North Houston area with a branches throughout the U.S.?
