Need advice on my loan terms, please
Hello BC family,
I'm brand new to property investing and am coming close to closing my first deal, ever! My question to everyone is: Does a 20 year amortization, 5 year balloon, 4.25% rate and 20% down sound average for a purchase price of 130k? My strategy is Buy n hold. One person has told me it's a fair deal while another said it's terrible! Not sure what to do.. Using my LLC to purchase the single family home.. Any advice?
