Financing for a 9-Plex

I've recently found a 9-plex I would like to pursue further. The numbers and deal are looking good, but my current commercial lenders will only offer 15 or 20 year terms. I would like to find a lender that would offer a 30 year Am. I realize this I'll be a commercial loan with some sort of ARM, but the 30 year is what I am after as I would like to maximize cash flow.
