Hey gang, I'm looking for a portfolio lender in the Rochester area - specifically, I'm way out on the East side. I'm about mortgaged-out in the traditional sense (closing on my 4th mortgage in a couple of weeks) so I'm looking for a way to keep going. I've got a deal inked on a Triplex as a buy and hold, and now I need to figure out how to best finance it.

If there's someone you've worked with in the past a bunch who is great to work with as an investor, I'd appreciate you sharing the information.
