Hello Bp i'm the Sales manager and soon to be VP of Ct Invest we are a Real Estate Investing Company In Tampa, Florida mostly focused on house flipping. We purchase at auctions, from realtors, driving for dollars, from Banks etc...and have had plenty of past success. We just closed on a deal 8/1/16 and netted 61k for the company both of our money partner made money. One made 14% the other private money lender made 18%.
