private investor
In need of input so I have a private investor way out in Nigeria that says he wants to partner up and use a very large some of funds to invest in properties on any level. How can I find out if he is lagit and not one of these realestate scammers? he already emailed me a contract it looks lagit and I'm about to send it to a realestate attorney to check out as well any extra feed back could help thanks.
