Hard Money Lenders for Property
Hello, I'm new to this so please forgive my naïveté. When submitting a property for a hard money loan application online - how can one be assured that the property will not be disclosed to other investors/competitors? I guess it's always a risk but how does one handle this, especially with online applications where one doesn't have a relationship with lender yet?
