Florida - investment property mortgage

I am an investor with 7 free and clear condos/townhomes in Florida. I am looking for a cash out mortgage. Properties owned through GP which has a US EIN but no US credit history. We have US bank accounts and credit card but no US credit history. We have excellent Canadian credit history

If you can do financing for Canadian investors please contact me asap.
