Obtaining a mortgage without verifiable income
So I'm trying to start my journey with rental properties but one big concern I have is the mortgage. I currently make a large portion of my under the table and is not verifiable income. I have $40k saved up for the down payment. I'm just curious to what my options are to obtain the mortgage. Thanks
