Trying to do a refi on my house was wondering who some of the best lenders are. ? Currently best I could find was 2.65% 0 points on 7/1 arm Looking to get 30 yr fixed around 3 with no points.

I've had great rates from Jennifer Castro at first California funding. You can find their info on the web. I have at least ten friends who've worked with her.
