Are there any stated programs for NOO purchase and rate/term refi??
I am looking for stated purchase and stated rate/term refi. for residential and commercial properties.
There are a couple of apt. buildings and single family homes I have my eye on that I can pick up cheap.
Looking in all 50 states but particularly in KY and TX.
Anyone out there doing these or know of someone who does??
