LLC Refinance

Typically will a bank refinance a property held in a LLC? I know it is difficult to get a conventional mortgage for a LLC, but if I buy a property with cash in my LLC, will I be able to refinance the loan and pull my cash out?

I do 5/5 ARMs with my rental properties. They have to be in my name and not the LLC which I use only to do my fix and flips. My FCU requires 10% down and no MIP.
