Unwarrantable condo line of credit question
I am looking to pull equity out of a unwarrantable condo I own in Florida. Its value is about $300,000 and has a good renter paying $1,850 a month in rent. Are there any lenders on here that would offer any sort of financing for a deal like this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
