Will Properties under my LLC show up on my Personal Name?

Question

When lenders are looking me up for a credit report, will properties under my solely owned LLC show up on my personal statement?

Trying to buy a primary but have a lot of rentals under LLC that could make things complicated

Depending on the type of financing you're procuring a lender may obtain a credit report and run a background check. Usually, it should come up, and as a lender I would hope it does. It helps us get a better picture of you as a borrower and thus helps us ascertain the risk involved in your deal.

There have been occurrences where the reports did not list all of the borrower's business connections. They disclosed them though and it was not an issue for us. We primarily look to the property's income and value.

Maybe, maybe not. I presume yo signed personally. If you did it would depend on whether the lender decides to report to your personal credit or not. If you did not sign personally for the loan then it  SHOULD NOT show up on your credit report.

I have a credit card in the name of my business, and it shows up on one of the three big credit agencies but not all 3. (I signed personally for it)

Why not pull a three agency report and see if they show up. That will only cost you $40-$50
