No Income Check Home Equity Loans
I was wondering if anybody knew how I could get a home equity loan on a property without an income check. I own two condos which are fully paid for, and I'm trying to get funds to purchase another two condos. My credit score is very high, the only problem I have is that I only work part time and my income is too low for me to get a standard mortgage. If anybody knows where I can get a home equity type loan or any other loan which does not require an income check, please let me know. I'm new to real estate investing. Thanks.
