Seasoning Times in Jacksonville, FL
I am looking to try the BRRR strategy with my next real estate purchase and I am trying to find lenders that will refinance a renovated property with less than one year of seasoning (preferably 6 months or less). I have started calling around, but no luck yet. I am in Jacksonville, FL but I am open to lenders in other FL cities if they will work with me. Any recommendations are appreciated.
