Cash-out Refinancing in CT

Ben Lai

Posted

Hi All,

I purchased an investment multifamily with cash in CT. I know most lenders require 6 month seasoning period before they will use the ARV to calculate loan amount. I'm running into trouble finding a lender that does not require the property to be a primary resident and has low closing costs. I'm looking for an investor friendly lender for cash out refinancing. Any recommendations?

Thanks,

Ben

@Ben Lai  Welcome to BP!

Try Berkshire Bank. I have clients in Connecticut with properties in Manchester specifically that they have bought with cash and cash out refinanced with them.
