Question about high closing cost on 2 loans for 150k total

Hi, I'm in the process of buying my first 2 rental properties and shopping for loan. Total cost for both properties is little bit for $200k and I'm trying to finance them with 25% down with documented income and excellent credit. I've called a few banks and they've all said the interest rate between 4.5% to 5% but the closing costs is ridiculously high at about 7k-8K on each property. Any suggestions or advise would be appreciated.

Thanks!
