Looking for a flat fee foreclosure attorney in South Florida

I bought a non performing mortgage and looking for a flat fee foreclosure attorney.

Is there anyone who can recommend one and give an idea of a the fees.

Hi Roman,

Not so sure about a flat fee but you can get a base fee for an uncontested FC as well as acceptable fee guidelines. It's a big no no to pay exorbitant fees and then tack them on as a corporate advance to the borrowers payoff.
BTW, we use Michelle Garcia Gilbert, Esq. from Tampa to handle all our FC work in FL.
