I am a new investor in Catawba County. I am curious if there are any private lenders in my area. I have found a multi-family dwelling that would be the perfect start to a sustainable career in real estate investing. Purchase price is 650000 20 units 90% occupied @450 with work rents have potential to grow. My credit score is just under 700.
