Web based accounting to track flips
I'm a private hard money JV lender looking for a web based site/program for tracking individual flip deals from start to finish. I looked at FreshBooks.com but that's more of an invoicing program. I want to be able to log in to the borrower's ledger online and view the income & expenses through the deal cycle. I.e., purchase, loan, rehab escrow, rehab costs, disposition and disbursement. Then close that account/ledger for that deal and repeat.
