Commercial Mortgage Cash Out Refinance

I have a 7 unit property in Broward County, Florida that I would like to do a cash out refinance. I'm seeking a ~$500,000 (70-80% LTV) loan and have contacted B2R but I don't fall within their loan amount parameters on a single property. Any recommendations on best way to obtain a commercial mortgage similar to B2R programs? Title is held under an LLC.
