Can't get information from bank about pre foreclosure house
How can you get information about a pre foreclosure when the person who is selling it is the owner (name is one the title), but the mortgage is in someone else's name. I can't get in touch with the person who has the mortgage and the bank won't tell the person who has title anything about the status of the house since the loan is not in her name.
