Columbus Lender Fail
I have had two local bank lenders here in Columbus, Ohio that I've used several times in the past say they are no longer able to lend of SFR Homes. Is anyone else seeing challenges securing financing these days?

are you buying cash renting out and refinancing? i'd just get a few different banks. see who's lending int he neighborhood. if you give me the area in columbus i can help give you a few recommendations.
